Bartender is responsible to look after the bar stations and keeps good track of the beverage inventory. A Bartender creates exquisite and creative drinks for our guests to indulge.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Has excellent knowledge in terms of alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages and good bartending skills.
  • Interacts with guests to assess their preference and creates drinks that are satisfying for our guests.
  • Has good up-sell and persuasion skills to increase revenue and achieves high levels of guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and per hotel standard at the bar station and the back of house.
  • Ensure the presentation of the drink is appetizing and visually appealing every time.

Requirements

  • Good interpersonal skill and team-oriented person
  • Able to read and communicate in English
  • Willing to work on shift rotation
  • Must have the right to work in Malaysia
