Job Description
Responsibilities
- Has excellent knowledge in terms of alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages and good bartending skills.
- Interacts with guests to assess their preference and creates drinks that are satisfying for our guests.
- Has good up-sell and persuasion skills to increase revenue and achieves high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and per hotel standard at the bar station and the back of house.
- Ensure the presentation of the drink is appetizing and visually appealing every time.
Requirements
- Good interpersonal skill and team-oriented person
- Able to read and communicate in English
- Willing to work on shift rotation
- Must have the right to work in Malaysia
