Sales and Marketing
This is a regional role, with the PR and Marketing Executive providing assistance to all 3 resorts. It is primarily a support role, and the Exec will report
directly to the E-commerce manager and Director Of Sales & Marketing.
Provide auxiliary support to sales, to assist them in hitting targets by providing, Collaterals, EDM, Newsletters, Ecards and any other adhoc material
(GIFs, Banners etc.) , Content writing, Content creation (photos, videos, boomerangs, etc), Social media plan and campaigns, Video
content/editing, and Photo editingActs as an executor of any in-the-day social media content, including crafting posts, producing engaging photo
and video content around the property, thus increasing organic growth of all social media accounts via Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter,
Pinterest and Wechat (Additional advantage).
Research current trends and align social media content in a relevant and brand appropriate way. This includes keeping up to date with the latest
hashtags and viral trends.
Receive from all departments (dive center, F&B etc.) base content (standard camera photos), and elevate provided base content with editing tools
(photoshop, any filtering tools).
Create and adhere to a content calendar and schedule, aligning posts to relevant active campaign and sales activities/campaigns.
Run and monitor social media advertisements via Hootsuite & Local Measure.
Supporting sale’s promotional activities with additional social media posts.
Responding and actively engaging enquiries and comments online.
Organising live social media events (24 hour deals, social media competitions, sweepstakes etc.).Provides live coverage of key happenings and
events on the resorts (via Instastories, Facebook Live Feed, Hyperlapse) .
Complete other marketing-related tasks as needed.
