Outlet Manager (Japanese Restaurant)

The successful candidate will be responsible to direct, control and co-ordinate all outlet activities ensuring the smooth running of the same, while meeting both financial and guest satisfaction objectives; direct and control all subordinate workforce to ensure that all day to day operational matters are handled on time and guest expectations are met.

KEY RESULT AREAS
• Previous experience of Japanese Restaurant
• Proficient in all aspects of the Food & Beverage management processes
• Able to propose and implement marketing strategies and action plans
• Proficient in Social Media communications
• Proficient in the production of financial reports, analysis and outlet cost control
• Able to understand and manage live entertainment activities and also maintain a trendy and competitive portfolio of artists
• Comfortable to work under pressure and in a busy and competitive environment
• Able to coordinate, lead and develop a team of both Thai and Foreigners in order to ensure that performance targets are met
• Able to maintain appropriate standards of conduct, dress, hygiene, uniforms, appearance and posture of the outlet
• Intuitive to guests’ needs and able to guarantee the highest levels of guest satisfaction
• Excellent team player
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• Immaculate presentation

EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration or equivalent
• 3-7 years’ experience in a similar capacity, in a luxury setting
• Understanding of operational controls, budgeting, forecasting, and scheduling
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to train and develop team members
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and take initiative
• Excellent organizational skills
• Computer literate
