The Marketing Communications Manager has primary responsibility of supporting the Sales & Marketing department to achieve top line objectives and goals. Overall deliverable is maximization of revenue opportunities through specific marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Creating and implementing plans to increase market share through both traditional and new media in line with corporate marketing guidelines
- Conducts market research and evaluates new marketing opportunities for the property
- Ensures consistent marketing message is communicated in all advertising and collateral efforts
- Use of new media (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other platforms) to market the hotel and maintain, updates and manages property’s presence in all web sites
- Respond to all online guest reviews on the property on a timely basis
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to produce effective promotional materials/ collaterals
- Spearheads crisis communications at times of emergency.
Requirements
- Tertiary education in related field
- At least three years of prior experience in developing strategic communications
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent working knowledge of major social media channels
- Proactive and highly organized in getting tasks completed
- Independent and able to meet tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure
- Must have the right to work in Malaysia
